Cyberbullying includes any attack made via an electronic device. It includes messaging, social networking, posting and hacking done with the intent of hurting, harassing or scaring another. Cyberbullying is particularly dangerous because as long as the victim has access to a device, the bullying can persist. That means 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. In addition, cyberbullying attacks can spread to a large audience in a very short period of time and can be perpetuated anonymously--again making cyberbullying dangerous.
Sexual harassment includes unwelcome advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal, visual or physical conduct of a sexual nature. It is a form of bullying and is intended to intimidate. It is abusive, inappropriate, unacceptable and against the law.
